Erica Ralston, Account Executive

Erica joined Balanced Diversity Solutions after a 12-year career in the non-profit industry. Throughout her career as a corporate and grassroots fundraiser, Erica’s primary focus was providing exceptional customer experience to the clients and volunteers she served. After seeking a new career in 2020, Erica joined Balance, bringing with her a depth of relationships having worked with all industries in the Greater Sacramento Area. She is passionate about making connections with women-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, and other disadvantaged business sectors and providing clients with innovative and cost-saving business solutions.

As part of her mission to build healthier communities, Erica is passionate about giving back to the community by engaging in health education, leadership, youth development volunteerism, and various charitable programs. In her personal time, she can be found reading, knitting, and at the sidelines of local soccer games.
