With over 20 years of administration experience, Karina knows every aspect of Human Resources including payroll, training, record keeping, scheduling, background checks, and more.

When Karina is not hard at work in the Balance office, you can find her attending her children’s sporting events and going on family adventures. Karina has a love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, boating and kayaking.
