Karina is the backbone of the Balanced Diversity team, serving as a reliable, resourceful, and positive force who supports every department with care and precision. Known for her exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, Karina ensures that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the entire company. Her strong customer service background and trustworthy, welcoming demeanor allow her to greet every candidate and employee with genuine warmth, guiding them gracefully through each step of the interview and hiring process.
With more than twenty years of administration experience, Karina has developed a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, including payroll, training, scheduling, record keeping, background checks, compliance support, and many other essential functions that keep the organization thriving.
Outside the Balance office, Karina devotes her time to her family, especially cheering on her children at their many sporting events. She is passionate about creating meaningful memories and can often be found exploring new places, planning weekend adventures, or enjoying simple moments with loved ones. Karina also has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and loves hiking, fishing, camping, boating, and kayaking whenever she gets the chance. Her enthusiasm for learning and her dedication to personal growth continually inspire those who work alongside her.
