Liliana is a Staffing Industry professional with over 25 years of experience. She joined Balance Staffing to lead the companies Diversity and Franchise Expansion initiative by becoming their first Diversity-owned location. Her Sacramento office holds both Women-Owned and Minority-Owned certification. She spent 19-years at a global billion-dollar staffing company where she was responsible for overall customer satisfaction for the top customers in the companies’ portfolio in Northern CA. She has a track record of success and year-over-year growth responsible for an annual budget of $140 million in revenue, growing the Market to one of the most profitable for the company. Her greatest accomplishment has been building diverse teams and developing individuals to achieve success and growth.

Liliana is involved with various charity organizations like the American Cancer Society and sits on the board of two Northern CA non-profits. She is passionate about supporting and working with organizations that support the mission of helping individuals find employment and better opportunities for themselves and their families. She holds a Bachelors of Business Management from the University of Redlands and considers herself a lifelong learner and enjoys traveling and reading.
