As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been sitting with a lot of gratitude and, honestly, a lot of pride.
This year reminded me why we do what we do at Balanced Diversity Solutions: because people deserve to be seen, supported, and placed into roles where they can truly grow. And employers deserve hiring partners they can trust. Partners who don’t just fill seats, but build teams with intention.
What 2025 meant for us
One of our biggest milestones this year was landing our first NBA contract for All-Star Weekend. That moment wasn’t just exciting because it was the NBA (though… yes, that was a pinch me moment). It was exciting because it validated what we’ve been building all along: a high-touch, high-standard staffing approach that shows up under pressure and delivers with professionalism. We also entered into a meaningful partnership with SHRA to support their resident training program—work that is deeply aligned with our mission. Supporting public housing residents with access to training, opportunity, and long-term stability isn’t just “a program.” Its impact. It’s the kind of work that changes families, neighborhoods, and futures. One metric I can’t stop thinking about: nearly 85% of our contract-to-hire roles converted this year. That number speaks volumes, not only about the talent we bring to the table, but about the fit, the preparation, the coaching, the candidate care, and the quality of placements. It tells me we’re not just matching resumes to job descriptions—we’re placing people where they belong.
Welcoming 2026 with big change and even bigger energy
Now for the exciting part…In 2026, we are officially rebranding to Balanced Diversity with the expiration of our franchise contract with Balance Staffing. I want to say this clearly: we are incredibly grateful to Balance Staffing for their support over the past five years. That partnership helped us grow, learn, and build a strong foundation. And at the same time, this next chapter is about stepping fully into who we are. We’re ready to launch on our own two feet, with our own name, our own voice, and a brand that reflects what we’ve been building all along: a people-first workforce partner that brings humanity back to hiring while delivering real business outcomes.
What’s coming next
We’re also launching something I’m genuinely excited about: an AI Agent designed to support our clients in strategic workforce planning. This isn’t about replacing people; it’s about helping leaders make smarter, faster, more human decisions with better insight. It’s about seeing patterns early, planning with confidence, and building a workforce strategy that actually matches the reality of today’s labor market. Stay tuned—more details will be coming in Q1.
