Hi, everyone. I'm coming on to talk to you today because it's just been a day! We've had power outages. We've had down trees and power poles, blown transformers, lots of employers and clients out of work today because the storm out here it ain't pretty. But you know what it got me thinking is many if not all companies have an emergency plan, a contingency plan and a communications tree if something important were to happen, and they needed to get in touch with their employers quickly. But does that include your contingent employees and your contingent #staffingagencies that you work with? We had employees show up today to completely empty facilities because the employers forgot to call us and let us know they weren't working today. So i'm just popping on here with a quick reminder. When you're building those contingency plans and those emergency action plans, don't forget to include your contingent agency in there if not all the employees that work for them. If you include your staffing agency in your communications effort, they can quickly mobilize their communications to get information out safely and effectively to all employees so everyone has the right information the first time. So just think about that as you're building your next plan, reviewing your strategy or doing it postmortem. Because you realized today didn't go that well for you today either think about how you can include us and communicate with us right from the beginning to get the information out there. That's all I have to say. Have a good day. #sacramentojobs
